Robyn is still making the rounds in the long tail of her Sexistential campaign. Today, that path has carried her to BBC Radio 2’s studios for a performance on Jo Whiley’s Sofa Sessions. In addition to album tracks “Dopamine,” “Sucker For Love,” and “Talk To Me,” she broke out a cover of Erasure’s 1994 synth-pop ballad “Always.” Her treatment is faithful to the original while sounding distinctively Robyn-esque. Being Funny In A Foreign Language, the group’s most recent album, is a few months away from it fourth birthday, and their most recent performance was their headlining set at Glastonbury, a little more than a year ago. In the right circumstances, though, Healy is absolutely down to perform with a 1975 tribute band.
