Steph Curry Ties Michael Jordan Record By Playing Like Hayley Williams

During last Friday night’s NBA Cup game, the Golden State Warriors beat the San Antonio Spurs 109-108, and in the process, Steph Curry also tied Michael Jordan’s record of 44 40-point games in the NBA after age 30. I promise there’s a music-related angle to this! During the post-game press conference, someone asked Curry which famous lead singer he’d be if the Warriors were a band. Curry thought about it for a second, saying “it depends on the night,” before landing on his final answer: “I was Hayley Williams in Paramore tonight.”

Influencer Who Grabbed Ariana Grande At Movie Premiere Sentenced To Nine Days In Singapore Jail

Last week, Ariana Grande was walking the red carpet at the Singapore premiere of her new movie Wicked: For Good when a man jumped over a barricade, put his arm around her, and jumped up and down. Grande seemed absolutely shocked, and her costar Cynthia Erivo immediately started pulling him off of her before security jumped in. As it turns out, the man in question was Johnson Wen, a 26-year-old Australian influencer who goes by the name Pyjama Man and who has made a habit of this kind of stunt. Now, a Singapore court has sentenced Wen to nine days in jail for the appropriate crime of “public nuisance.”

Rosalía Will Sell You Her Majestic Orchestral Art-Music Album Or Die Trying

It’s always fascinating when a global superstar makes a piece of overwhelming, uncompromising art and then has to go out and sell that thing. Right now, Rosalía is in that position. A week and a half ago, Rosalía released her soul-shattering, impossible-to-categorize album LUX. It’s arguably her best. LUX was presumably a very expensive production that required assistance from the London Symphony Orchestra and linguistic coaches and Pharrell Williams and Björk. Now, Rosalía is on a global promo tour, doing everything in her power to make the world aware of this incredible thing that she has created.

KISS, Not Yet Holograms, Reunite For First Show Since Farewell Tour

Two years ago, KISS’ final farewell tour ended at New York’s Madison Square Garden, but it was understood that they were leaving the door open for one-offs and residencies, in addition to the promised hologram era that begins in 2027. This past March, the band announced unmasked, makeup-free live shows, as part of a three-day event called KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas, and the first went down last night.

Skrillex, Dylan Brady & Caroline Polachek – “hit me where it hurts”

On April Fool’s Day, Skrillex surprise-released his album Fuck U Skrillex You Think Ur Andy Warhol But Ur Not!! <3, which recently earned him Grammy nominations for Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance/Electronic Recording (for “Voltage”). He dropped a new single called “Fuze” with ISOxo last month, and today he’s got another new one. Enticingly, the hyperactive and high-octane “hit me where it hurts” pairs our boy Sonny with longtime collaborator Dylan Brady (also of 100 Gecs fame) and none other than Caroline Polachek, whose vocals from Pang track “Hit Me Where It Hurts” are threaded throughout. Listen below.

Camp Flog Gnaw 2025 Pushed Back A Week, Will Feature Reduced Lineup

Pushing back your entire music festival by a week is a radical maneuver, but it’s one the organizers of Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival believed they had to take. The fest was all set to pop off this Saturday and Sunday at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, but due to extreme inclement weather in the forecast, it’s been rescheduled for the following weekend and will now take place on Nov. 22 and 23. Tyler’s Instagram account posted the following message today:
