Justin Bieber Imposter Tricks Vegas Club Into Letting Him Perform With Gryffin

This past weekend, someone pulled off some unbelievable Ocean’s Eleven shit in Las Vegas. On Saturday night, the EDM DJ Gryffin was playing a set in the XS Nighclub, part of the Wynn Las Vegas casino, when he was told that Justin Bieber wanted to join him onstage. Someone who sure looked like Justin Bieber was there, with an entourage. The guy came out onstage and sang Bieber’s hit “Sorry” to a rapturous crowd. Only after the performance did the giddy Gryffin come to find out that the Bieber was a fake, an impersonator. Naturally, Gryffin turned the story into a video and posted it on Instagram.

Florence + The Machine Announce New Album Everybody Scream

The Machine is active once again. In 2022, Florence Welch’s project Florence + The Machine released Dance Fever, their most recent album. Florence + The Machine have been plenty active since then, releasing stray tracks and making guest appearances on records from a couple of superstars. Now, after some teasing, Florence + The Machine have announced that Everybody Scream, their sixth album, is coming out on Halloween. Beyond the title and the cover art, we don’t know anything about the new LP. Welch posted the cover art and a pre-order link on Instagram this morning, but the album’s tracklist, singles, and collaborators remain mysterious.

Earl Sweatshirt Reveals New Album Live Laugh Love At LA Listening Party

There’s a new Earl Sweatshirt album. Or: We think there’s a new Earl Sweatshirt album. It could be an elaborate prank, but pranks don’t usually get this elaborate. This new Earl Sweatshirt album is called Live Laugh Love, which is an extremely funny title for a prospective Earl Sweatshirt album. On Friday night, Earl held a listening party for the album in Los Angeles, but he wasn’t there in person. Instead, Earl pulled an MF DOOM and sent an obvious impostor out to perform his songs. On the other hand, the DJ at that listening party did play what appears to be an entire Earl Sweatshirt album. It doesn’t seem like he’s make a whole new album just for prank purposes, does it?

This November was supposed to mark the third iteration of Soulshine At Sea, a four-day concert cruise that goes from Miami, Florida to Cozumel, Mexico. Today, however, the fest’s organizer Sixthman announced that the sold-out cruise has been canceled. Their statement didn’t give a reason for the cancellation, but it looks like it has something to do with accusations of abusive behavior from the cruise’s scheduled headliner, Michael Franti, who has denied the allegations.

Merchandise Share First New Song In Nine Years “You Shot Me Down”

Merchandise have largely kept quiet since their last album, 2016’s A Corpse Wired For Sound. While touring that record, the Florida punks had to cancel a bunch of shows because frontman Carson Cox passed out backstage and fractured his jaw. Luckily, he made a full recovery, and spent the next few years intermittently releasing new music outside of Merchandise. Now, Merchandise are ready for a proper return.
