It’s been a little over two years since Miley Cyrus shared her last studio album Endless Summer Vacation. She’s kept herself plenty busy in the meantime, sharing a handful of singles, dusting off an old hit with a living legend, and finally winning some Grammys. Late last year, she confirmed she was working on her ninth album, saying it’d be called Something Beautiful and that it was inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall — the album but also its accompanying rock-opera movie. Today, the official album announcement has arrived.

Last month, Goose multi-instrumentalist Jeff Arevalo “stepped away” from touring with the jam band to focus on “mental health and personal issues.” Now the remaining members of the jam band — once again, not to be confused with Geese — have permanently severed ties with Arevalo due to “behavior in [his] personal life.”

KISS played what was billed as their final in-makeup live show in December 2023 at Madison Square Garden. During that concert, the band members — Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer, and Eric Singer — revealed the digital hologram avatars they said they would start using in 2027 to keep them “forever young and forever iconic.” As far as we know, the holograms are still on. But now KISS are planning some activity before then.

The Houston rapper Sauce Walka was one of two people shot outside a hotel near the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee Saturday afternoon, TMZ reports. Sauce, born Albert Walker Mondane, sustained injuries to his leg and is currently in the hospital, expected to make a full recovery. The gunmen approached him while he was outside a car with a friend, who was killed in the shooting. His name has not been released.

Last September we got word Justin Bieber, whose last album was four years ago, was working on new music with MK.gee. Since then there’s been no word on the Mk.gee front but Bieber’s been busy on Instagram while raising his infant son with his wife Hailey.

Rico Nasty is gearing up to unleash her Fueled By Ramen debut LETHAL in May, and now she’s getting ready to make her acting debut as well. The eclectic musician has been announced as part of the cast for Apple TV+ and A24’s upcoming series Margo’s Got Money Troubles.
