Well, that didn’t last long. On Tuesday, Courtney Love posted an Instagram video of former Hole bassist Melissa Auf der Maur, setting it to Hole’s 1999 classic “Malibu.” Love captioned the post, “So do we tell the kids about the tour @xmadmx ?” Naturally, this led to plenty of speculation about a Hole reunion, a possibility that Love has alternately teased and refuted many times over the years. But now, Love herself is here to clarify things: “No Hole reunion.” Damn.
