“Well, how lucky can one guy be? I found some pals as dumb as me.” That’s the dream! It’s also the opening line from the new Whitmer Thomas song “Terminal Crew Of Dudes.” Alabama native Thomas is probably better-known as an actor and a comedian than as a musician. Last year, for instance, he was the hypnotized dad in Weapons. But Thomas also makes a lot of music. Jay Som produced his EP Tilt last year, and his song “Candy Corn” came out earlier this summer. This Friday, he’ll drop a new HBO comedy special that’s also called Terminal Crew Of Dudes, and the song comes from that.
