It’s a big day for Wavves. Not only does Nathan Williams’ band have a new single out, they’ve launched a new cannabis company and announced a benefit concert for LA wildfire victims.

The New York concert venue Brooklyn Made has closed. A message posted today on the venue’s website says as much: “Brooklyn Made is closed, all shows are canceled. Ticket refunds will be issued at point of purchase.” No further details have been provided.

Noted T-Pain collaborator Mark Zuckerberg has been mistaken for Jack Harlow, but he really wants to be Benson Boone. Last fall, Zuck and the ascendant “Beautiful Things” singer had a sword fight in the metaverse. Boone wrote “Fits are fire” on an Instagram photo gallery of Zuck and his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, and Zuck returned the favor on Boone’s post-Grammys Threads post. Earlier this week, things took a turn.

Last month, Alison Krauss And Union Station announced Arcadia, their first new album in 14 years. The bluegrass outfit unveiled “Looks Like The End Of The Road,” and now they’re back with “Granite Mills.”

The mysterious, mischievous electronic dance duo Two Shell put out a proper album last year, and its single “Everybody Worldwide” was one of our favorites of 2024. Now they’re back to their standard practice of dropping squiggly and effervescent club tracks one at a time.

It appears Lizzo has un-quit. Almost a year after the singer vaguely announced her intention to step away from the limelight, she’s back with a new song called “Love In Real Life.”

Last month, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith announced her new album GUSH and unveiled the hypnotic lead single “Into Your Eyes.” Today, the electronic artist is back with the vivacious “What’s Between Us.”

Last month, Joe Keery previewed the new Djo album The Crux with “Basic Being Basic,” a brazen tune about the superficial nature of the modern world. Today, he’s sharing the second single, “Delete Ya.”
